Data Deletion Instructions

Instagram users who interacted with our accounts

  1. Send an email with the subject "Data deletion request" to bilgi@miletakademi.net.
  2. Include your Instagram username, the account of ours you interacted with and, if you have one, the email of your portal account.
  3. Your contact record, comments, messages and the link to your portal account are deleted within 30 days, and we confirm by email.

Account owners who connected an Instagram account to this app

  1. In your Instagram settings, open "Apps and websites" and remove access for Milet Mesaj Asistanı.
  2. Send a data deletion request from the same screen. Meta forwards the request to us and all data of the connected account (automations, contacts, conversations, access token) is deleted automatically.
  3. You receive a confirmation code. You can check the status of your request at https://dm.miletakademi.net/data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CODE.
